Leadership Opportunities and Support
As a Trust we have regular timetabled meetings with our Headteachers alongside an annual conference for them. We have a programme for all Headteachers of Professional Growth which is a tailored package that works through the academic year cycle. Alongside our Headteachers network we have a Deputy Heads network which also includes our aspiring leaders.
As a Trust we have invested in Mosaic delivered NPQ training in the Academic Year 2024-2025 in conjunction with the Church of England and Lighthouse Academy Trust. We have two NPQ courses operating directly for our Mosaic staff, one the NPQ SEND and the other being NPQH.

Our networks
Networks have been established across the Trust for the last twelve months with excellent feedback from those that attend. In 2024-2025 our Networks will take place 3 times per year (with gap tasks) as twilights face to face. In recognition of additional workload, a trust wide inset day is being disaggregated.
