We are now into our second year as the Mosaic Partnership Trust and have had time to establish not just systems and processes but a clear vision and set of principles that are at the very heart of every decision that we make. The 5-year strategic plan sets the path and journey for the Trust moving forwards as we strive to be ambitious for our children and secure educational excellence as our authentic selves. The plan outlines how we intend to get there, together through integrity, innovation and partnership.
First and foremost, this means securing the highest levels of achievement for our most under resourced learners at an individual level. If we get it right for them, we get it right for all. We also want our learners to find their own place in the world so that they can unlock future opportunities. By the Trust having at the centre, equality, diversity, inclusion and belonging we hope that our children can truly be who they are and learn and accept others in the same way. Through this they can then make a distinctive contribution to society with a strong set of principles guiding them on their journey.
Secondly, our approach to recruitment and retention is to continue to grow people as professionals and provide opportunities from evidence-based research. People are important to us at every level. We want to be an employer of choice because of what we offer, what we stand for and how we support people on the ground.
Finally, we are a charitable organisation and part of our status is to be open, transparent, collaborate and to share. Our aim is to lead work in the sector around our principles improving life chances, encouraging authenticity and sharing our approach with others.
Within all this we seek to raise the bar, set high expectations
of our children, staff and of ourselves.
