As a Trust, as part of our Charitable status we do provide bespoke offers to maintained schools and other Trusts that may wish to partner with us whether with a view to joining the Trust or because of what we can offer.
Please see below an outline of the types of support, opportunities and networks that exist across the Mosaic Partnership Trust. The list is not exhaustive. We would work with Headteachers, Senior Leaders and Governors to scope out specific requirements based on the needs of the school and its community.
Annual School Review Meeting led by Andrew Best and Geraldine Tidy which consists of 2 half day visits and a formal report (We can provide a draft agenda for this if you would like further information).
Professional Growth Headteacher Meeting (Appraisal)
Network Meetings in Science, Maths, Reading, Writing, Geography, Assessment, SEND, EYFS, DHT, RE and SBM (Minimum of 3 depending on the subject, with the SBM network meeting monthly).
Collective Worship and SIAMS support from a trained SIAMS Inspector.
Trust wide writing moderation led by a current accredited moderator.
Trust wide EYFS moderation takes place within the EYFS Network.
The Trust has Pedagogy Leads across the organisation who can be brokered to support at classroom level where teachers require some additional support.
Each Network is facilitated by a subject / area specialist who can also be brokered in to support other subject leaders in developing curriculum areas.
Headteacher meetings (once per month) which currently also includes non-Trust Heads
Peer Reviews (normally Triads)
SEND Reviews (we have a SEND trained reviewer who is also Deputy Regional SEND Lead for the Southwest, Whole School SEND)
NPQ facilitation in NPQ SEND and NPQH (The Trust has spaces for non-Trust schools on these courses which will be free for participants). The NPQs are part of NPQFlex which enables the Trust to deliver the NPQ.
In addition to all of the above Trust schools are allocated a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 development visits according to individual school need. Any partner school that is working with us would be able to purchase a full or half day development visit which would be undertaken by the most appropriate person from the Trust to suit your needs.
Strategic financial support visits can be brokered from our Chief Financial Officer
Schools can access the governance training modules that will operate throughout the academic year.
Safeguarding training, network meetings and supervision (as a Trust this has been externally procured but partner schools would be welcome to benefit from Trust wide savings)
