I would like to welcome you to a brief introduction for schools interested in joining the Mosaic Partnership Trust. Our driving force is to ensure every school within our Trust provides an excellent education for every child with equality, diversity, inclusion and belonging front and centre in all that we do.
Our Trust was newly established in 2024 and has the capacity to grow with great schools and great people. We have 12 schools, ranging in size from just over 100 to just under 500 pupils, covering the primary age range. Our schools are geographically spread out over the South Gloucestershire and Wiltshire Local Authority areas and include both Community and Church schools.
Our website will be able to tell you a lot of things about who we are, but we always find it’s best to talk – we’d be delighted to share why we believe the Mosaic Partnership Trust could make a positive difference for the children and staff at your school.
We believe all schools, leaders and communities should have a voice in how an organisation is developed and partnership and collaboration are at the heart of our Trust ethos. We think every school should retain and celebrate its unique identity within its community. We also know that by working together we can share best practice and go from strength to strength.
